The Hellcat was arguably the most important US fighter in World War II. It was the top "ace-maker" and had a record 19:1 kill ratio, the best of any fighter in history.
I am a French aviation illustrator and historian, born in 1981. I began painting at an early age and recently I've become a "digital artist", creating computer-made profiles. However, one of my goals is to benefit from the flexibility of computers but create something that looks more like traditional painting. I created this blog in order to put various items: YouTube videos of interest, anecdotes, comments, etc. that would not fit in my other websites.
